The Left Lane Leaders Giveaway #2 (the “Promotion”) is a promotional contest of chance sponsored by Left Lane Leaders LLC (“Sponsor” or “Left Lane Leaders”).

By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions regarding administration of the Promotion, subject to applicable law.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on August 18, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on September 12, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

Sponsor's designated computer system will be the official timekeeping device for online transactions and promotional entries.

Mail-in entries are subject to the separate postmark and receipt deadlines described in Section 5.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their state or jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Employees, officers, directors, managers, members and owners of Sponsor, together with Sponsor's agents, representatives, advertising agencies, Promotion administrators, prize fulfillment providers and other persons or entities directly involved in developing or administering the Promotion, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible.

For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” includes spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.

Sponsor may require proof of age, identity, residence and eligibility before awarding a prize.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

3. PRIZES

Two (2) prizes will be awarded to two (2) separate winners.

Each winner will receive:

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $429.99 per prize

Total Number of Prizes: Two (2)

Total ARV of All Prizes: $859.98

No cash alternative will be awarded.

A winner may not sell, assign or transfer the right to receive a prize. Sponsor may substitute a prize with an item of equal or greater retail value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

Each entrant may win no more than one (1) prize in this Promotion.

Prizes will be awarded only after eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules have been verified.

Sponsor will not require a winner to pay Sponsor any purchase price, redemption fee, shipping fee, processing fee or similar charge to receive the prize.

Uniden is not the sponsor or administrator of this Promotion.

4. PURCHASE-ASSOCIATED PROMOTIONAL ENTRIES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals may receive promotional entries at no additional charge in connection with purchases of qualifying bona fide Left Lane Leaders merchandise, digital products, digital artwork, poster collections or other eligible goods offered through Sponsor's authorized website.

PROMOTIONAL ENTRIES ARE NOT SOLD SEPARATELY. THE PURCHASE PRICE IS FOR THE APPLICABLE MERCHANDISE OR DIGITAL PRODUCT AND NOT FOR ENTRIES OR CHANCES TO WIN.

Unless a particular qualifying product or promotional offer expressly states otherwise, qualifying purchases receive:

TEN (10) PROMOTIONAL ENTRIES FOR EACH ELIGIBLE $1.00 SPENT.

Sponsor may designate particular bona fide products, merchandise, digital products, collections or promotional offerings as receiving a specified number of promotional entries.

The applicable promotional entry amount will be disclosed in connection with the qualifying product or offer.

Qualifying digital products are independently delivered products. A purchaser receives the purchased digital product regardless of whether that purchaser wins, remains eligible for, or otherwise participates in the Promotion.

Taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, credits, refunds and other amounts not representing the purchase price of qualifying merchandise or products do not generate promotional entries unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise.

A purchase does not guarantee a prize.

Individuals who do not wish to make a purchase may receive entries through the free Alternate Method of Entry described below.

5. FREE ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY — MAIL

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY.

An eligible individual may obtain promotional entries without making a purchase by submitting a handwritten mail-in entry request.

To enter by mail, the entrant must legibly hand-print the following information on a plain piece of paper or index card:

• Full legal name;
• Complete residential mailing address;
• City, state and ZIP code;
• Date of birth;
• Email address;
• Telephone number; and
• The words “LEFT LANE LEADERS GIVEAWAY #2 — FREE ENTRY.”

Place the completed request inside a properly stamped, hand-addressed envelope and mail it to:

EACH VALID AND COMPLIANT MAIL-IN REQUEST WILL RECEIVE TWENTY (20) PROMOTIONAL ENTRIES.

Limit one (1) mail-in entry request per eligible person per calendar day during the Promotion Period.

For purposes of the daily limitation, a mail-in request will be attributed to the calendar date appearing on its postmark. Multiple mail-in requests submitted by the same person bearing the same postmark date will not result in additional promotional entries beyond the first valid request attributable to that date.

Each request must be individually handwritten and mailed separately in its own properly stamped and hand-addressed outer envelope.

Limit one (1) request per envelope.

Mail-in requests must be postmarked no earlier than August 18, 2026 and no later than September 12, 2026, and must be received by Sponsor no later than September 19, 2026.

Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, computer-generated, automated, mass-produced, commercially produced, bulk-mailed, incomplete, illegible or otherwise fraudulent or noncompliant requests may be disqualified to the extent permitted by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, postage-due, stolen, delayed or undelivered mail.

All eligible entries obtained through the free Alternate Method of Entry and qualifying purchase-associated promotional entries will be combined into the same drawing.

Each individual eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected regardless of the method through which it was obtained.

6. ENTRY RECORDS AND VERIFICATION

Sponsor's records will govern the number of eligible entries attributable to each entrant, subject to correction of clerical, technical or administrative errors.

Sponsor may audit entry and transaction records before conducting the drawing.

Entrants are responsible for providing complete and accurate information.

Sponsor is not responsible for an entrant's inability to receive communications because the entrant provided inaccurate, incomplete or outdated contact information.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND CHARGEBACKS

Promotional entries associated with a qualifying purchase may be voided if the underlying transaction is cancelled, refunded, returned, reversed, charged back, determined to be fraudulent or otherwise invalidated before winner selection, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Sponsor may investigate transactions reasonably suspected of being made for the purpose of obtaining promotional entries followed by a return, cancellation, dispute or chargeback.

This provision does not affect valid entries obtained through the free Alternate Method of Entry.

8. PROHIBITED ENTRY METHODS

Entries obtained through fraud, bots, scripts, macros, automated entry systems, fictitious identities, stolen identities, fraudulent transactions, unauthorized payment methods or manipulation of Sponsor's systems are prohibited.

An entrant may not use multiple identities, aliases, email addresses or other means for the purpose of circumventing entry restrictions.

Sponsor may disqualify entries reasonably determined to violate these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law against any person who deliberately attempts to damage Sponsor's website, interfere with Promotion administration or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion.

9. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received through all methods of entry.

Each individual eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected in the random drawing.

Purchasing a product does not guarantee a prize.

10. WINNER SELECTION

After the Promotion Period has concluded and all timely received eligible mail-in entries have been processed, two (2) potential winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received.

The drawing is anticipated to occur on or about September 21, 2026.

Sponsor may use an independent third-party Promotion administrator, random-drawing service and/or verifiable computerized random-selection process to conduct or supervise the drawing.

Sponsor may maintain records documenting the drawing and verification process.

WINNERS DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT AT THE DRAWING.

Selection as a potential winner does not constitute final confirmation of winner status. Each potential winner remains subject to eligibility and verification requirements.

11. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Sponsor anticipates notifying potential winners on or about September 21, 2026, following the drawing.

Potential winners may be contacted using the email address, telephone number and/or other contact information associated with their entries.

Sponsor may additionally contact or announce potential or verified winners through Sponsor's official social-media accounts.

A POTENTIAL WINNER MUST RESPOND WITHIN TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS OF SPONSOR'S INITIAL WINNER NOTIFICATION.

Sponsor will never require a winner to purchase merchandise or pay Sponsor money to claim a prize.

If a potential winner:

• Cannot be contacted;
• Fails to respond within the required period;
• Is determined to be ineligible;
• Refuses the prize;
• Provides false or fraudulent information;
• Violates these Official Rules;
• Fails to provide reasonably requested verification documentation; or
• Cannot legally accept the prize,

Sponsor may disqualify the potential winner and randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor may repeat this process as reasonably necessary to award both advertised prizes.

12. WINNER VERIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION

Before being declared an official winner, a potential winner may be required to provide documentation reasonably necessary to establish:

• Identity;
• Legal name;
• Age;
• Residential address;
• State of residence;
• Eligibility; and
• Compliance with these Official Rules.

Sponsor may require a potential winner to execute an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Prize Acceptance Agreement, Liability Release and/or Publicity Release where permitted by applicable law.

Failure to timely complete required verification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.

13. TAXES

Each winner is solely responsible for determining and satisfying any applicable federal, state or local tax liability arising from acceptance of the prize.

Any taxes owed by a winner must be paid directly to the appropriate governmental taxing authority.

Sponsor will comply with applicable tax-reporting obligations.

Sponsor does not provide tax advice.

Approximate Retail Value of Each Prize: $429.99.

14. PRIZE DELIVERY

Following successful verification, Sponsor will arrange delivery of each prize to the applicable winner within the United States.

Sponsor will pay ordinary prize-delivery costs.

Winner is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

Sponsor is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from inaccurate information supplied by a winner, carrier delays or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

15. PRIZE USE AND RADAR-DETECTOR LAWS

Each winner is solely responsible for determining whether possession, installation and use of the prize is lawful in the jurisdiction and circumstances in which the winner intends to possess or use it.

Sponsor does not encourage, authorize or condone violation of traffic, equipment or other applicable laws.

Each winner assumes responsibility for lawful possession and use of the prize.

16. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use a winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, social-media handle and prize information for reasonable advertising, promotional, publicity and social-media purposes relating to Sponsor and the Promotion without additional compensation.

Where applicable law requires separate consent, Sponsor will obtain such consent before the applicable use.

17. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion may be used for:

• Promotion administration;
• Entry verification;
• Fraud prevention;
• Winner communication;
• Prize fulfillment;
• Recordkeeping;
• Legal and regulatory compliance; and
• Other purposes described in Sponsor's applicable privacy policy.

Participation in the Promotion does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing email or text messages where separate consent is required by applicable law.

18. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, contractors, Promotion administrators, advertising agencies, prize suppliers, successors and assigns from claims arising from or relating to participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize.

This includes, to the extent permitted by law, claims arising from technical failures, lost or corrupted data, inaccurate entry information, unauthorized intervention, administrative errors and delivery problems outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

19. TECHNICAL OR ADMINISTRATIVE ERRORS

Sponsor is not responsible for hardware, software, internet, network, telecommunications, website, email, payment-processing or other technical failures outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, corrupted, incomplete, delayed or misdirected electronic communications.

If an error results in more potential winners being identified than the number of prizes advertised, Sponsor will award no more than the advertised two (2) prizes and may conduct an additional random drawing among affected eligible entrants where appropriate and legally permitted.

20. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, governmental action, natural disaster or another circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially impairs the integrity, security, fairness or lawful administration of the Promotion.

If the Promotion is lawfully terminated before its scheduled conclusion, Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received before the event causing termination if doing so is lawful, fair and reasonably practicable.

Sponsor will not modify the Promotion for the purpose of unfairly disadvantaging legitimate entrants.

21. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor may disqualify any person reasonably determined to have:

• Violated these Official Rules;
• Attempted to manipulate the Promotion;
• Submitted fraudulent information;
• Interfered with another entrant;
• Attempted to compromise Sponsor's website or entry system; or
• Engaged in abusive, threatening or disruptive conduct toward Sponsor or persons administering the Promotion.

Sponsor's decisions concerning routine administration, eligibility and interpretation of these Official Rules will be final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.

22. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

The Promotion may be advertised or promoted through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other social-media platforms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, this Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google or any other social-media platform.

Entrants should direct questions regarding the Promotion to Left Lane Leaders rather than any social-media platform.

23. UNIDEN DISCLAIMER

Uniden and related trademarks, names and products are the property of their respective owners.

Uniden America Corporation is not a sponsor, administrator or endorser of the Left Lane Leaders Giveaway #2 and is not responsible for the administration of this Promotion.

24. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

Except where prohibited by applicable law, these Official Rules and disputes arising directly from the Promotion will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, legal proceedings arising directly from the Promotion shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Washington.

Nothing in this section deprives an entrant of rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

25. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

26. CONFLICT WITH PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

These Official Rules govern the Promotion.

If any advertisement, social-media post, email, text message, product page, graphic, video or other promotional communication conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules will control, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

27. WINNERS LIST

Following verification of the winners, consumers may request the names of the winners by mailing a written request together with a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
